Upon purchasing a subscription or lifetime plan, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Smart Brain Algo indicator on your personal TradingView account.

• Personal Use: You may use the indicator on your own accounts.
• Prohibited Sharing: Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or copying the algorithm's code is strictly forbidden and violates copyright laws.
• Account Limits: Depending on your plan, usage may be limited to a specific number of TradingView accounts.

3. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Smart Brain Algo is an analytical tool. Trading Forex, Indices, Crypto, and Commodities carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. We do not guarantee profits. 5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TradingView credentials. Smart Brain Algo will never ask for your password or execute trades on your behalf. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the indicator immediately without prior notice if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
