Nature of Our Product

Smart Brain Algo is a digital trading indicator delivered instantly via TradingView. Unlike physical goods, digital products are non-tangible. Once the purchase is completed, the user is granted immediate access to the full functionality of the algorithm. Since the value lies in the intellectual property and immediate access, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the license has been activated.

Technical Support

While we maintain a strict stance on returns due to the nature of the product, we are fully committed to your satisfaction. Exceptions

In rare cases where a critical technical failure on our end prevents you from accessing the product entirely, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis. However, user error or dissatisfaction with trading results does not qualify for a refund, as trading involves financial risk which we cannot control.
